Fusion Cafe 

Fusion Cafe, within the beautiful setting of Brougham Hall, is open from 9.30am-5pm every day, except Tuesdays, (during the winter) for drinks, light lunches, cakes and ice cream. It has a lovely outdoor seating area. Small private parties and evening dinner parties can be catered for. Please contact the cafe directly to arrange.
